Jessica intertwines her 12 years in special education and 10 years in social work into providing a holistic approach to therapy.
Jessica seeks to empower a diverse population of clients in a collaborative, safe and non-judgmental manner. She has a niche for serving clients who are overwhelmed, healing from trauma, or dealing with various life challenges. She helps clients navigate through the effects of anxiety, depression and grief by helping them to understand, accept and acquire new tools and strategies to cope.
Jessica utilizes a client-centered approach to therapy, allowing clients to take the reins while she serves as a supportive guide. She uses Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness strategies to help her clients identify unhelpful thoughts, find solutions and explore ways to stay grounded. She looks forward to providing care to individuals from all walks of life-cultures, religions, genders and sexual orientations.
Monica is a Master’s Level Clinician with over a decade of experience as a middle school Special Education teacher. She specializes in supporting individuals and families navigating neurodivergence, such as ADHD and autism, alongside co-occurring mental health issues like anxiety and depression. Monica’s holistic, person-centered approach focuses on emotional well-being, communication, and resilience. She tailors evidence-based interventions for children, adolescents, and adults to help manage emotional regulation and improve relationships. Monica integrates attachment theory into her practice, helping clients understand how early relationships shape their behaviors and emotional patterns. She guides them in building secure, healthy connections in their personal and family lives. With expertise in both special education and mental health, Monica is passionate about helping clients navigate mental health challenges, offering compassionate support to foster emotional and relational growth across the lifespan.
Cle’tse is a Licensed Professional Counselor and the founder of Mind Your Therapy. Cle’tse has over 10 years of experience in the mental health field including community, outpatient, and inpatient settings. She is a former Special education elementary teacher and earned their Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University.
Cle’tse primarily works with children, teens, adults, and families who are navigating ADHD or ASD. She is committed to serving the Black community, women of color, and all marginalized peoples. They use Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, in addition to play therapy.
Cle’tse is dedicated to providing person-centered therapy with compassion and acceptance. They focus on working collaboratively with clients to create a plan for change beyond the therapy couch.
